Order Modifications & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or shipping stages, especially for live plants that are packed shortly after an order is placed. In such cases, cancellations may not be possible.
How to Cancel or Modify an Order
To request a cancellation or order change, email us at hello@thelushleaf.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]".
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear request (e.g., full cancellation or a change in item/address)
Exceptions
Cancellations are not guaranteed after 24 hours, especially for live plant shipments or items that have already entered fulfillment. If your order has shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for next steps.
Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
